Full payment required up front, PayPal information will be given at that time.
Any additions, such as adding color or additional characters after initial payment will also be paid up front before being added.
Rough sketches will be sent for approval before completion.
If you decide to cancel during the rough sketch phase, you will be refunded at 50%.
Refunds will not be given if cancelled after rough sketch approval.
If I get a PayPal chargeback I will cease the commission and you will be blocked and blacklisted.
